From I-10 Traveling West

1. Take Hwy. 46 to New Braunfels.
2. Hwy. 46 becomes Loop 337 at the I35 traffic light.
3. Continue over the Guadalupe River until you see the SH46 New Braunfels – Boerne exit sign and exit there.
4. At the light turn right, and you will be back on Hwy 46.
5. Go approximately 3 miles, and there will be a sign saying “Canyon Lake”.
6. Exit right on to FM 2722.
7. Go approximately 7 miles.
8. The road splits; take right split to FM 2673 and turn right.
9. Go for approximately 1/2 mile; to Island View Drive
10. Turn left at the street just past the billboard, this is Island View. Stay to the right when the road splits.
11. You will be on Colleen.
12. Equinox Inn at Canyon Lake is the 2nd house on the left. 

From I-10 Traveling East

1. Take Hwy 46 into Beorne.
2. Continue East on 46 (you will go under Hwy 281, and then keep going to FM 3159) Turn left at 3159 light.
3. Go 6 miles to Startzville, turn right on to 2673.
4. Go 2.5 miles to Island View, (there is a tall billboard just before the street) Turn left.
5. Stay to the right when Island View splits.
6. You will be on Colleen.
7. Equinox Inn at Canyon Lake is the 2nd house on the left. 

From I-35 Traveling South

1. Take exit #191 
2. Go right at the light. This is Hwy 306.
3. Go approximately 10 miles (until you will cross the Guadalupe River).
4. Turn Left at the light (2673) and go exactly 5 miles.
5. Turn right on to Island View, There will be a tall billboard next to the road.
6. Stay to the right when the road splits.
7. You will be on Colleen.
8. Equinox Inn at Canyon Lake is the 2nd house on the left 

From I-35 Traveling North

1. Take exit #184
2. At the service road traffic light turn Left. This is Loop 337.
3. Go 3 miles to SH 46 exit.
4. At light turn Left and go approximately 3 miles.
5. There will be a sign saying “Canyon Lake” exit here & Turn right. This is FM 2722.
6. Go approximately 7 miles.
7. The road will split; take right split to FM 2673 and turn right.
8. Go for approximately 1/2 mile; there will be a tall billboard on the left side of the road.
9. Turn left at the street just past the billboard, this is Island View.
10. Stay to the right when the road splits.
11. You will be on Colleen.
12. Equinox Inn at Canyon Lake is the 2nd house on the left. 

From Hwy 281 Traveling South

1. About 1 mile out of Blanco exit Left on to FM 32.
2. Turn Right (at blinking light) on to 484. This road dead-ends at 306.
3. Turn Left on to 306.
4. You will cross the Guadalupe River and at the next traffic light (2673) turn Right.
5. Go exactly 5 miles.
6. Turn right on to Island View, there will be a tall billboard next to the road.
7. Stay to the right when the road splits.
8. You will be on Colleen.
9. Equinox Inn at Canyon Lake is the 2nd house on the left. 

From Hwy 281 Traveling North

1. Take the New Braunfels Hwy. 46 exit East.
2. Go 4 miles to FM 3159, turn left.
3. Go 6 miles to Startzville, turn right on to 2673.
4. Go 2.5 miles to Island View, (there is a tall billboard just before the street) Turn left.
5. Stay to the right when Island View splits.
6. You will be on Colleen.
7. Equinox Inn at Canyon Lake is the 2nd house on the left.
