Easter morning I made an Omelet Tower as the main course for breakfast. It will probably become one of the main courses I serve when we have a small group here at the Inn. Everyone’s plate was empty, not even crumbs, so I’m guessing they enjoyed it. One of my favorite things about running a B&B is getting to make up new dishes and trying them out on our guests. So far after 15 years, they have all been successful. Whew!
